Today is my birthday and I was looking forward to a birthday reward in the app. I never received one. I go in and tell them today is my birthday and didn't have the reward in my app ( I didn't know you had to be a silver level) the gentleman working explained the reason I didn't have the reward and he was kind enough to give me a cookie for my birthday today!!
